Professor Ravi Srivastava is currently Chairman of the Institute of Development Studies, Jaipur and Professor and Director, Centre for Employment Studies, Institute for Human Development. He is former Professor of Economics and Chairperson, Centre for the Study of Regional Development, Jawaharlal Nehru University. He is a recipient of numerous awards and scholarships including the Commonwealth and the Fulbright Fellowship

Rahul Kohli

Rahul Kohli, an IIM Ahmedabad MBA graduate, has a four-decade career spanning Aditya Birla Group, Ford Motor Co., Castrol, and Hewitt Associates, gaining global expertise and insights into Indian markets. Starting in customer-facing and operational roles, he became CEO of Indo Gulf Fertilisers, honing leadership, execution, and relationship-building skills. Post-retirement, he joined Kumar Mangalam Birla’s office to spearhead the establishment of BITS School of Management. As Co-Founder of the Meenakshi Ritika Foundation, he actively works to prevent thalassemia, collaborating with hospitals and foundations.


Abha Mishra
Abha Mishra, also a Director of The Policy Watch India Foundation, brings over 14 years of impactful work in the social sector, having previously played an important role in Aajeevika Bureau’s core operations to empower migrant workers by building strong linkages between grassroots groups, government agencies, and administration. Her leadership extends to Democracy Connect, where she worked closely with legislators and policymakers, supported by a prior decade in journalism and advertising that sharpened her communication and advocacy skills.

Ankur Sarin
Ankur Sarin is a faculty member at IIM Ahmedabad. He did his Doctoral studies at the University of Chicago and worked with Mathematica Policy Research (MPR) prior to joining academia. A shared theme in his research is an attention to consequences of inequalities and instruments used to counter them. These include public policy and civil society initiatives; instruments that he has also tried to support and learn from with various action research initiatives.
